This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy from onamagarbathi.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Bangalore, India, and we sell incense products directly to customers.

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, given when you place an order.
• Details of what you ordered, and the date and amount.
• Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To pack, ship and deliver your order.
• To send you order updates — confirmation, dispatch and delivery — by email and, where you have given a mobile number, by WhatsApp.
• To occasionally let you know when a product you have bought before may be running low. You can stop these at any time.
• To meet our tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.

WhatsApp messages

Where you provide a mobile number at checkout, we may send you messages about your order through the WhatsApp Business Platform. These are limited to order updates and, occasionally, a reminder about a product you have previously bought. We do not sell or pass your number to advertisers.

To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP to any message we send. You will be removed and will not be messaged again. Order confirmations for purchases you have already made may still be sent by email.

Who else sees your information

We share only what is necessary, with:

• Our courier or transport partner, so that they can deliver to you.
• Our payment provider, to process your payment.
• Meta Platforms, where a WhatsApp message is sent to your number.
• Our email delivery provider, to send order emails.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, currently eight years. Contact details used only for messaging are removed when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your details where we are not required by law to keep them. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.

Children

Our shop is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
